What is the best anti-spyware/MALWARE

what is the best anti-spyware/Malware that runs in the backround all-time protection that doesn't really lag the computer,and if it can, be FREE,.....Thanks

its ok if it lags a in the backround, but just not so much where i can even open a program

And also, to go nice with Avast Anti-Virus,i know it comes with malware protection,but i don't trust it..

I would suggest this. They have a free version and a paid version. I believe the paid version will run in the background.
