What is the best All-Inclusive resort in the Caribbean? For: young couple, flying from NY/NJ, good price?

I will be flying from NY/NJ and I'm just trying to get an idea of what the best resorts are under about $2,000/person. Sandals looks intriguing as do some on Jamaica and Bahamas. It would also need to be adults only.

Not interested in Mexico though.
