What is the best BEV?

Question

I want to know what BEV has the fastest recharge time?

and secondly, what BEV has the longest range?

I would prefer if the answer to both questions were the same vehicle, but I can't ask too much hehe... also, what battery is used in that vehicle?

There are no street-legal battery-operated electric vehicles in production, so your choices are rather limited.  Go through the websites and see if you could actually buy one and have it delivered tomorrow.  The Tesla Roadster, which won CNET's vaporware award this year, has a delivery date of fifteen months, maybe.  The Volt has no firm delivery date and GM never said it did.  

Reason?  The batteries aren't any good.  There's no conspiracy; storage battery technology is simply too primitive now, and probably will remain so for many years.

I just looked online. I saw no reference to a vehicle called a BEV. I'm afraid you're going to need to be more specific.
