  1. "Best" is kind of a subjective term. Best to put in your pocket? Overall best image quality? Best for the money?

If you're looking for Canon's most expensive camera that would be the 1Ds Mark III as previously mentioned.

  2. 1Ds Mark III

    21.1MP

    fast AF

  3. I have a Canon Powershot A560 and I'm not happy with it. It's not that great or easy to use. Always have blur on pics that I zoom in one. Canon is supposed to be good, but I just don't like this camera. Nikon D60, or D80 if you can afford it.  Good Luck!

  4. A great point and shoot camera is the Canon Powershot SD750. It's got a big LCD screen, cool color effects and modes, 7 megapix for some pretty nice shots and its portable and fun to use. You can find this camera for usually about $200.

A great digital SLR camera would be the Canon Digital Rebel XTi. It's got 10 megapix for great high resolution shots, cool color effects and modes, plus a dust remover built into the lens (automatically eliminates dust out of the filter for a better dust-free shot!).  You can find this camera for usually $650.

I highly recommend both...they are great!!

  5. It really depends on what you are shooting, budget, etc.

The Canon 1Ds Mark III is their flagship camera at present.  But with nearly 22 MP of resolution it is not the fastest camera on the planet from Shot to Shot.  At around $9,000 it is also not in most people's budget.

The Canon 5D is an excellent camera with a Full Frame sensor that is "old" in camera terms (more than 2 years), but still is a better camera than many on the market today, and is the least expensive (presently) full frame camera available.

  6. Nikon D80

  7. 1Ds Mark III
