What is the best CPM banner adnetwork for a publisher with 1.5k+ hits per day with a proxy?

I have a free proxy website, which gets alot of traffic everyday, about 1.5k hits per day, with about 700 or so unique visitors, most if not all visitors are targeted, so they are here becuase they want what we have got.

I want a high paying CPM ad network, or popup, which allows proxies. I get 10k+ visitors per month, so i dont care about requirements, only that they allow proxies.

Currently using adbrite, and they are rubbish, for 30k banner veiws i got $4, popuptraffic.com is useless, for all the same, i got a few cents.

So what can anyone reccomend?
