What is the best Carnival "Fun Ship" for partying and night clubs?

My 2 brothers, sister and I are all headed to Mexico and it's the first time we've ever ALL been together! We just want to have the best time possible and want to party a lot but still have it laid-back and relaxing at times. Our ages range from 18 to mid-20's. Thanks!
