  1. Blacks and Light blues! Also some light light brown!

For the liner either use white or black.

For the shadow use the brown closest to the lid. Then use the light blue to fill in the rest of the lid!

    It will look great!

  2. with blue eyes and light complexion, i would say a jade eyeliner, light brown, or iris purple.

  3. Hey! Lighter bronzes and golds will look really good on you. Get a little shadow pallet (like one of these: http://www.viewpoints.com/Wet-n-Wild-Ult... ) that has a gold, a white, a light brown/bronze, and a dark brown/bronze. Put a faint layer of the sheer/white up to your brow bone, then the light brown to the top of your lids, and the dark brown along your lash line. Dab a little gold in the corners to make your eyes pop, and if you really want to run a faint streak of a pale purple or brownish orange from the center of your eye up the crease a little. Finish with brown eye liner, and dark brown, black, or blue mascara. Stay away from any colors that are two pink-y because they may make your eyes look a little puffy or red.

Here is some of the best eye makeup out there once you figure out your color: http://www.viewpoints.com/Eye-Makeup

  4. try a light blue or any shade of blue or purple for shadow it will compliment your eyes

and liner try a blue or brown black if you want to highlight your eyes other wise it will be 2 dark

  6. Use a very light brown eyeliner.  For shadow, try a beige or gold.

  7. Personally I love the Almay sets.  I have the exact same description as you and they make it so easy because all the colors come in a set so you don't really have to worry about matching anything.  They already match.

There are two sets - "Bring out the blue" is more professional and everyday while "Play up the blue" is more of a night, party set.  I use both and even with sensitive skin they're very comfortable.  I have very watery eyes and they never smear.

  8. well wear blue, purple or brown e/s  and brown or black eyeliner that would make your eyes POP

  9. i would say dark eyeliner (black) to bring out your eyes but natural shiny shadow, browns and cream colours, not too dark for your light complexion ( i would get the eyeshadows that are shiny and sparkle) normaly best for this is cream/moose eyeshadow.

  10. I really recommend using almay eyeshadow for blue eyes! I have a friend that has real blue eyes, light skin and brunette hair. She looks real good with it. I know that a light or dark brown eyeliner would look real great on you. That's what color my friend uses too for her eyeliner.

  11. They say dark brown and lilac purple...but eh, don't like those.  I'd say dark brown (or light brown) and a vintage gold.  Black eyeliner or brown eyeliner.

  12. brown i fit that description and i wear tan and brown with olive eyeliner

  13. with your colors and complexion i'd go with a plum (slightly dark) or a burgendy shade for liner

brown/black mascara (it depends on ur lashes if u should get lengthing, regular, curl, etc.)

go bold with eyeshadow, blues and aquas and lavenders and teals and gold and shimmery are great this season (i recomend a MAC shimmery)
