In my opinion there are not any.  Although they sometimes have 30 day trials they still limit what you can and can't do.  I recently purchased a laptop and purchased the security suite and had Best Buy install it and I have had a wonderful experience.  On my desktop I have just the basic stuff  but it doesn't work as well as I would want.

It cost me about $100 but it is well worth it.  I have a Spysweeper program and an antivirus.  

That is my opinion it's worth spending the money....I hope this helps.

ccleaner does not remove viruses, it just cleans unwanted files to make more room on your hard drive.

I use AdAware for Adware disposal, I use AVGFRee for Antivirus, and I use SpyBot, Search and Destroy, for spyware... they're allll free...

Do yourself a favor.  Forget the others:

Get these two that actually is RELIABLE !!!

AVAST and AD-AWARE.

These FREE tools do  an EXCELLENT job.

And please do a "thorough" scan as soon as you get it downloaded. The user interface is simple. Click the left side, and in the top menu that comes up, select thorough scan.

When it finds a culprit it throws up an alarm, then you DELETE the culprit, (do not quaranteen).

Then allow it to run all of the time, and you will be completely protected. It will "automatically" update itself, also for free.

You only need to renew your registration once a year, also free.

Note: I KNOW of several people who have used AVG and Norton and have gotten a virus anyway.

Don't go with Zone Alarm as it is hoggy and conflicting.

I've tried them all, and have had wonderful results with DEPENDABLE AVAST for the last 5 years.

The corporation I work for uses the Pro version, and has never has an incident. Avast is your answer.

I agree with the answer above and also Spybot has a poor detection rating so avoid using it.
