  1. I have the Bas Rutten MMA cd/dvd - it's a fantastic workout.  I have it on my iPod for when I travel and can't make it to my own gym.  I can't really speak for the others, but I'd definitely recommend it for an all around workout.  Here's the gist of the thing:

DVD - basic review of how to use the CD's.  Shows punches, kicks, sprawl technique, jump lunges, etc. that you'll do in the workouts.

CD 1 - Boxing - 2 tracks each 12 rounds.  Track 1 is 2 minute rounds with 1 minute rest.  Track 2 is 3 minute rounds with 1 min rest.  It's all punches / combos.

CD 2 - Thai Boxing - same format as boxing, but you add in knees or kicks at the end of each combo, or you throw multiple leg strikes.

CD 3 - All Around Fighting - my fave - same format as boxing and thai boxing, but this time you add in sprawls, pushups, leg thrusts for an all over conditioning workout.  Really Tough!

CD 4 - All Around Workout - this time you need weights (curl bar or dumbbells) and a mat - you have almost 30 sraight minutes of punches, pushups, situps, weights, sprawling, neck rolls, you name it...no breaks, fast pace, too.

It's no substitute for training in a gym with an instructor, but it's an awesome guided workout when you're on your own, either shadow boxing or hitting a bag - thai pads or focus mitts can also be used if you have a good feeder, but I haven't done it this way yet...
