What is the best Forum/Board?

I've been looking for a forum to be able to add video codes. By that I mean embed codes from websites like MySpace, Revver, Youtube, Metacafe, etc, etc. But all I could find is forums that only display youtube videos. For the video codes from MySpace the code just stays as text. and I am wondering if anyone knows a Forum I can sign-up and create that allows embed codes.

If you’re going to create a forum site at your own domain without any forced ads, you need a web host providing forum tools (phpbb or vbulletin).
