Depends what you're looking for. Halo is more sophisticated but Cuba is great if you just want to have fun.

Central Park. Often referred to as CP or CP's Like it or not it's the busiest nightclub in Galway city. It's always busy, 7 nights per week. This is the only nightclub I've ever been in which is always very busy on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night and I mean busy. And these are usually the quiet nights wherever you go. Expect long queues to get in at the weekend. The best night to go in my opinion is Sunday to Wednesday as it's not too busy then - you do have room to move.

I would say Cuba.  CP is not bad either, but the last time I was there the music quality was horrible and very staticy.
