You don't need any software to transfer your iPod music to your computer.  Once your iPod is plugged in, forget about iTunes, too. Juts go to My Computer, and click on your iPod. Some folders will show up, but nothing that says 'Music', or something, right? Well, that's because it's a hidden folder. Select the view tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders. I'm sure you can work it out from there. The folder you want will appear, and it'll be semi-transparent.
