What is the best Irish college?

i am studying abroad in ireland next spring. And i am having a hard time decideing between three schools. Trinity College, National University of Ireland, Galway, or University college cork. I don't know if it would be better to go to a small city or a big one. I go to SUNY Fredonia right now and that is a smaller college and i don't know if i try for a bigger one. HELP
