I am taking the girlfriend out to eat in downtown Fort Worth and she loves Italian, but I have very little experience dining in downtown Fort Worth and would like some input on good places to eat. I would like to see suggestions that are romantic and relatively cheap (under 25 bucks a head). I am also interested in any good Italian restaurants off University or Camp Bowie or in the south Fort Worth area.

  2. I would reccomend Taverna.  It's a nice place, not too expensive and it's right downtown.

  3. Try Sardine's on Camp Bowie :  It's been around for many years, but considered an "insiders" type of restaurant.
