What is the best Leave-In hair Conditioner/Lotion?

I am currently using Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine, when I first got it, it worked fine but now I feel like it's not working anymore. I have tried tons of different products from cream to sculpting lotion. I am just not satisfied with them. I dot not want those that give you 'wet look'. I want something light, something that does not kill the volume of my hair. Thanks.
