What is the best MASCARA for dramatic eyes?

dior and uhh... jessica? She said NOT drugstore brands and maybeline and covergirl (1st of all suck!) but are DEFINITELY drugstore brands

I liked Diorshow and Chanel Inimitable, although honestly, the drugstore brands really aren't bad. What a lot of people outside the industry don't know is that many cosmetic companies manufacture at the same places, and the only really difference that exists between department and drugstore is price and marketing. So if you ever do reconsider, a lot of pro make up artists use L'Oreal Voluminous, and I personally liked Max Factor's Volume Couture just as much as the Chanel. I'd rather save the money on a cosmetic item that needs constant replenishing like mascara and splurge on palettes, eye shadow or lip products.

Well I used mascara for the longest time, but I found out that if you use fake eyelashes (not ones that are too thick, Modlash 53 are good), then it gives you a really dramatic, bright eyed look.
