i think it could be ciudad juarez, chihuahua, it has malls, markets and nice restaurants, there is this mall called las misionesyou can find sports clothing, dkny, levis even designer like versace, jewerly there is tous another too jewerlies from mexican companies that sell very nice items and brands like cartier, there is 2 places for you to buy designer prescription glasses, there is a store called Mango, there is also a movie theater, apleebees, an italian restaurant, mexican gourmet restaurant, and a laid back (tennage stage mostly) restaurant, there is also a place to buy cars and cellphones, toyshop, an arcade made specially for little kids separated from another one for teens and older people, a little casino too, all of this is in misiones, there is also a couple of traditional mexican markets with outdoords typical mexican restaurant and mariachi on weekends at the afternoon, they have lots of souvenirs if you are looking or something in specific just post it under additional details
