  1. Mine was made by my dentist - not sure of the cost because my health plan paid for it. It goes on the bottom teeth and after about the third night I didn't even notice it any more.

  2. omg i have the same problem and the dentist told me to buy a sports mouth guard. it made me crack my jaw while i was teeth grinding in the night.

i told my dentist that and they made one for me. it fits just right. try getting one from the dentist...it is like $200 bit its worth it.

they are mostly on the top.

    hope i helped

  3. I was told by my dentists to never use a night guard you by from the store. Why? They are not fitted to your teeth and actually are soft. One tends to chew on these during the night and it can damage the teeth. The best are custom made from the dentist though they are expensive. This is however be an investment in your dental health.

Mine cost $500 and I wear it every night.
