Im new to photoshop to i would suggest create http://createblog.com/

then tutorials then photoshop its sweet and helpfull but i suggest also looking on for some books cause those are most complete

Tutoriilzed does alot of tutorials ( severatl Thosuand) though sometimes it may require wading through the c**p to get the great tutorials. But in the vast ammount they have you cna pretty much always found out hwo to do what you want.

And worth1000 is a gret site for Photoshop ideas ( evne somethign to practice a new technique on), or jsut some time wasting to see all the great ideas, though it also has tutorials too, jsut a bit out of the ordinary.

also Youtube is sometims pretty decent for video tutorials, jsut remeber the quality isnt that good so it may be hard to see.
