  1. There are a bunch of wineries in SA.  I have put some links below for you.

    You can even take a winery tour in a limousine or vintage car!!

    The SA Government site has lots of info which is good especially for all their food and wine festivals.

    The big ones in the Barossa are:

    Jacobs Creek

    Wolff Blass - just put in a $5m visitor centre

    Peter Lehmann

    Henschke - I like their reds

    Seppelt

    Yaldara

    Yalumba

    You can also go to wineries in:

    Adelaide Hills

    Clare Valley

    Fleurieu Peninsula

    Kangaroo Island

    McLaren Vale

    Riverland

    South East

  2. Rockford!

    Try the Rockford's Rose Alicante Bouche... it's really rare... they don't supply to bottle shops and they rarely supply to restaurants... so the best way to get some of their wines is by visiting the winery.
