I think the best university depends on what you want to study and what type of campus you are looking for. Different universities specialize in different subjects. I think London is very expensive to live in, but you might enjoy the buzz of living there. York and Edinburgh are beautiful cities and have great universities. Oxford and Cambridge are full of history, but can be very expensive for tuition.
