just going off of their current banlist when they came out etc. I would say it goes like this

1.Zombie Madness (3 pyramid turtle, not to mention someone ran this at a regional and made top 8 only changing out 5 cards back when it came out XD)

2.The Water one (dunno what it's called but it's amazing, great field control)

3.Warrior's Triumph (lol Warrior Lady, Exiled, Command Night, Reinforcements, how far you want me to list?)

4.Rise of the Dragon Lords (this deck is more consistent than people think you really just have to know how to play it for it to be useable, for experienced players but still do-able)

Best structure hands down is the Water Structure deck, not the dark...

The water structure deck is the best because of having the greatest ammount of versitility, this deck you can use to do everything from magic/trap destruction, to a pure tidal force beatdown, i say this deck is the most flexible because of it compatibility, it works in many favors depending on how its customized.

i strongly believe its the water deck... its the best "combos for field control..

every other deck is kinda like base on their main card but its not really "good"..

with the bann list in effect now they are pretty bad because theyall have flaws but they are good to get cards like in magician force u got breaker + skill dark + dm and in the new 1 you got DDA DDWL AND DDW combine that with really good magician then it could be really good deck

rise of the dragon lords is really good. much better than the dark emperor deck. in fact, that deck sucks.
