What is the best abec bearings?

supposedly, the higher the number, the faster they can go...but for skateboarding the abec numbers don't mean anything. Buy it from a brand you trust..

abec 7 but ask your local store some bearings are faster than other's

you can use speedcream to speed up your current bearings
