I have seen commericals for Proactive and Clearsal.. Both on the commericals seem to have very good statistics.. I however do not have any blemishes nor pimples and I only use a plain white bar of Dove soap. I would suggest that as your first route and after a week if you don't see any clearing up then try moving onto medicated soaps.

find a product that contains benzoyl peroxide. neutrogena and some other companies have it. your acne will be gone in 2 weeks use.

its not really about the product..its about how you use it..first thing to having clear skin is to stop touching our face...oil from your hands makes acne worse...next is get a good cleanser (clean and clear works well) that gets rid of oil and dirt...next to an istrengent and then a cream containing benzol peroxid. do this twice a day (morning and night) and youll see results pretty fast...if your acne looks like its getting worse at first..dont fret because that usually happens before it gets better..  if you are looking for a good product neutrigena or clean and clear have worked well for me. ( i used to have HORRIBLE acne but not anymore since i started doing this)
