What is the best acrylic paint to use the ones im using now dont cover the canvas well show brush strokes etc?

i use liquid acrylic but i usually have to double coat areas some are opaque ..is there any thing i can do to get brighter colors that completely cover the canvas instead of always reworking the painting?

It really depends on what you are trying to do.. to get heavier, thicker, brighter opaque colours you will need to use heavy body acrylics. To get more transparencies that you can receive with liquid acrylics (depending on the quality) you can mix with a retarder medium or a flow release.

If you want to slow the drying rate of the paint to avoid constant reworking, use a retarder.
