What is the best adoption agency to go with in Michigan?

Your local DHS (or whatever they call it in your area).  If you're interested in adopting for the purpose of giving a home to a child who needs one, check with them.

There are several lists of agencies - public, private, and foster-to-adopt - located and doing business in MI. I posted a couple of them below.
