HOn.... that is rather depressing.

I would like to ask you something.   What are you gonna tell your kids about marriage when the time comes?  Like are you gonna tell them not to get married no matter what?  I would be very interested in your views on what to tell the kids .   My last kid got married about two weeks ago.  Now both my boys are hitched and seem to just love it.  Of course the newlywed does but even the one who has been with his lady for four years so far does.  It makes me sad to think that they might end up as unhappy as you seem to be.  Of course I have a hard time believing you are as unhappy as you talk.  My advice to  "marrieds" would be to always talk to your mate.  Never assume that they are doing well. Make it your business to know how they are feeling everyday.  Always say "I love you" before they leave for the day.  My widowed sister found out that those words mean a lot when the unthinkable happens and you lose your mate in this lifetime suddenly.   Hers died in a terrible concrete truck accident one friday afternoon.  She remembers his words to her before he left that morning.  Always make them..."I love you".
