What is the best air rifle pellet to go with a Gamo CFX? ?

i shoot a lot with my air rifle. i have tried a lot of different pellets with it but i havnt found the right one yet. can anyone help me out plase? THANKS

definitly JSB predator. Polymer red tip, supreme penetration and flight caracteristics. This is a must have for that rifle. The 2 together make a supreme and quite small predator hunting rifle.

yeah gammo is the best brand with guns over 1000 fps. but for the price...$600 or $700 i would buy a .22 their great fun and inexpensive to shoot. rugar is my fav

You are doing the right thing.

Airguns tend to be very particular about the pellets they prefer. Even if you and I had the same make and model, chances are they would prefer different pellets.

Generally speaking, air rifles in that power range are going to like pellets that weight between 7.8gr and 8.6gr.

Good quality pellets, at a reasonable cost.

The RWS Superdomes already suggest are some of the very best(IMO)

The JSB Predator, has widely varied results, some rifles love them, others can't hit the broad side of a barn with them.

If you have airgun buddies, the thing to do is trade pellets*. I give you 50 of these for 50 of those. That way you don't have to buy do many tins.

*Make absoulutely certain you keep track of the make & model pellets.
