Personally, I like VIRGIN.  There is something just a little rebellious about having a giant VIRGIN on your tail.

I like Cathay Pacific- the 'Brushstroke' logo, the United Airlines stylized 'U' logo, and British Airways with the 'Chatham Dockyards' Union flag(or Union Jack)

Frontier has good logos. Every plane in their fleet has a different tail paint scheme with an animal. I think I heard they also make donations to some animal charities (like World Wildlife Fund)

Overall... JetBlue. They vary, but they are all basically the same.
