What is the best airline that serve between London/Heathrow and Manila?

I would fly Singapore Airlines from Heathrow to Singapore and then to Manila.  SIA has great service and you can fly the A380 between London and Singapore.

I would say Cathay Pacific and Etihad Airways.

Cathay or KLM will have the best connections, both only requiring one layover.  Perhaps Thai or Emirates also.
