What is the best alternative fuels option to lower gas prices?

Politicians have blocked oil company reform and oil companies have profited from high demand. Obviously, talking does not solve these problems. If we have the cure for our economy, I would suspect the patents have been purchased by big business to eliminate to competition.

Check out what Brazil has done with sugar cane. The US could do the same with corn. Brazil buys no petroleum or petroleum products from any other country. They don't need them. Their economy as gotten stronger due to how they have handled the fuel problems. My goodness don't you like seeing G. Bush and Chaney and their oil rich gang getting richer at the peoples expense.

The problem is that gas is too cheap to beat. Even if you give electric cars for everyone, the nuclear and solar power needed to recharge them would be too expensive. The conspiracy theories about big business suppressing actual GOOD AND CHEAP technologies generally don't stand up to serious analysis.
