If you are talking thrill rides, I think you will find it's a toss up between Cedar Point and Magic Mountain...both are roller coaster heaven.

If you mean the beauty of the park, then Busch Gardens Europe takes the prize (for the 18th year in a row).

If you mean by creativity and detail and variety, then Walt Disney World because there is literally something for everyone.

Six Flags Great Adventure Mt Holly, NJ hands down. or up on Nitro, (coaster)  depends how you feel. Many coasters: Medusa, Nitro, Superman, Batman, The Dark Knight, Kingda Ka, El Toro. But there are plenty of other rides/sections.
