What is the best and cheapest surround sound speakers to go with Samsung LE32R87BDX?

(i dont know much about surround sound speakers). Also the tv has an optical out slot.

best and cheapest dont go together, you will get good quality sound but when you turn up the volume it will start to struggle and break up.
