  3. To slim arms, your best bet would be to try low-weight, high-rep weightlifting. I would use a couple of 3 to 5 pound dumbbells and a few different methods of lifting, so as to target all of the major muscle groups in your arms. I usually do 3 sets of 20 reps of the following routine:

    - Curl

         Hold the dumbbell in one hand and stretch your arm out in front of you, parallel to the floor. Lift the weight up until your arm is bent at 90º. Repeat 20x. Now the other arm.

    - Flapping

        Hold one dumbbell in each hand. Stand with your arms at your sides, feet shoulder width apart. Raise your arms up until you've reached your full 'wingspan', and your arms are parallel to the floor. Lower your arms back down to your sides. Repeat.

    - Over the head

        Hold both dumbbells in your hands, behind your back. Raise the weights over your head. Lower them back down behind your back. Repeat.
