  7. exercise and go on a diet, but you have to stick to it. if you find it hard to stick to your diet, go Atkins, which means eating proteins and cut of carbs and sugars, so you can eat meat, chicken, seafood...etc

    Best:  Cardio workout at least 30 minutes every day combined with a small portioned balanced diet.

    Quickest:  Diet pills combined with very small calorie and fat intake.

  15. First of all I would seek help for your obvious dyslexia. Next I suggest you simply stop eating and drinking. If you do this your body will quickly devour that excess flab you no longer desire.  

  16. Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :

    1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)

    2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)

    3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)

    4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)

    do like heaps of situps,push ups etc.

    and go to youtube. and write down like how to loose weright or how to get a six pack and stuff and theres some pretty cool videos there and they jst show u how to do it jst using ur cuch and stuff and i did it and they were actully hurting me. which means t*t was working

  18. EAT HALF THE QUANTITY YOU EAT NOW , USE A PLATE HALF THE SIZE , walk /watch what you eat / be strong /good luck/oh drink loads of water

    Do some weight less exercise.
