I would say it is the Platypus style... its the only style of Kung-Fu that combines the lesser known (but, equally affective) styles of Duck and Beaver.

I would say that evrey style of kung fu is good

but i would take the snake or the tiger

In this ones opinion, Northen style seven stars praying manitis kung fu and this one would reccommend Sifu Brendan Lee of San Francisco, CA as one of the leading exponents of that style in the US of A.

kung fu sucks.  thats why there are no successful kung fu fighters in the UFC, pride or any top-level MMA org.  san shou is good, but its not a traditional kung fu form or anything.  it was created by the chinese gov like 30ish years ago.

it depends on how you train.

at this point I sound like a broken record, but ANY style you train needs to be trained realistically.

a large amount of cma (kung fu, chinese martial arts) schools and teachers don't train you properly regarldess of the style.

bottom line is you need to train to learn to apply those techniques, if you aren't training with resistance against a resisting opponent then you aren't learning to apply those techniques and no amount of standing around in san ti stance or pushing hands is going to change that.

you need to train realistically which is something that is not easy to find in CMA schools- you have to look, it is there.

however it will be much much much harder to find if you are not in a large urban area.
