Personally, if I wanted to leave the company, I would do things to make the company fire me. I rather get fired than to admit defeat by quitting. That's just me.

But if you want to quit, you have to give them a 2 week notice.

Why not tell them the real reason you want to leave?  If they know why you are leaving, they might make improvements or make you a better offer, if you have been doing your job well.

You can say personal reasons as everybody saying. Or try this.

contact your manger and tell that your work boundary is limited and you have reached. There nothing more to do ahead the present to update your skills. So it is better for me to search another job and leave company.
