  1. I really like the Crest Whitestrips 14-day routine. My teeth tend to get really sensitive after just a few uses of the strips, so this "extended" treatment is alot more practical for me than the quicker (and stronger!) 7-day kits. After only a few uses I start to see a noticable difference!

What's nice about these is that you can use them as often or as little as you'd like--depending on your preference and what your teeth can handle. And once your box is empty you can get another one to whiten more! Plus, the price is reasonable too, the 14-day kit only cost me around $20! The stronger 7-day treatment and other at-home treatments I've seen cost a lot more.

    Good luck!

  2. Crest Premium White Strips!

and when you brush, try mixing in a SMALL amount of baking soda..it helps rid of stains and helps to rid of the yellow stains..good luck!

  3. peroxide and baking soda

  4. Brush your teeth correctly for sometime which you werent able to do all this while and wait. If the teeth are really dull and yellow then you could go for over the counter bleaching kits. ANy good brand is alrite. Else you could take the help of your dentist and get it done at the office.
