What is the best bait for catching walleye and perch?

Walleye- A 1/4 OZ Jig with a live "Fathead" minnow. Jig and leech. Rapala cranks in Perch or Shiner colors.

Perch- earthworms, meal worms, fished near a drop-off or rock pile. Small jigs tipped with bait can be productive.

Many times Perch are the main forage for Walleye in a lake system.
