Hi, I'm opening up my first bank account for my debit card but I have one small question...What bank is the best?

  1. You will need to open a checking account to get a debit card.  Look for a bank or credit union that is convenient for you to get to and that offers free checking.


  2. Do you have a job?  Can you get direct deposit?  If so, then the bank in your area that has the most ATM machines that are convenient to you.
