  1. lots of variables will make this answer really easy.....

like what forage do the bass have naturally there in the water with them to feed on? Shad, blue gill, crawdads, lizards, frogs or what?  I use to know a guy who would buy gold fish feeder at the pet store and take them to a little community park but they would get off the hook and grow up. probably these fish have an extremely limited amout of food in the water with them and so they grow up eating everything that moves Fly line night crawlers (float them without a weight) I wopuld never fish from the side of the lakes water line I would fish the shallow areas fron 20 feet away because little ponf bass are very spooky to shadows and things moving back and forth in the horizon they see out and above the water. I think (plastics like) grubs in spring and frogs in Fall and lizards all summer would work as well. but late fall ( like now )when the water temp starts to drop I would fish top water stick baits p[encil popper or floutant rapalas in the evenings and on into dark.

  2. A plastic worm will probably give you the best chance at most times

  3. Live minnows will always be the best bait for almost any kind of fish, and bass will always bite on them.  You can hook them through the lips, behind the dorsal fin, or through the tail; fish them under a bobber or just let them swim.  Fish them around structure, and you'll catch bass.

If you want to go with artificial lures, a plastic worm Texas-rigged will catch a lot of fish and won't hang up on brush.  A 3"-4" curly tail grub (like a Mr. Twister) on a 1/16 - 1/8 oz. jig head will catch a lot of fish, too.  Have fun!
