heavy periods and really painful ones. i have endomerterisos. i have pain all the time even between periods. my doctor had me on the lupron depot shot for a year up until i have this last surgery. i go to the doctor today to get birth control

get micronor or any mini pill!! progesterone supposedly works for endo.

If you don't have cervical or v****a wounds, I strongly recommend using condoms instead of any hormonal pills.

I'm so sorry! How did you manage to be on that horrible lupron for a year?? If you read the pamphlet it says that a treatment should not be over 6 months. I took it for 7 months and it was h**l on earth. Had I known about the side effects I would have never touched it.

Are you planning to have babies? Did you get a second opinion? Did the lupron help you at all? Was it worst before the lupron? Not all doctors are good, trust me on this one, so I'm a little surprised that he had you on lupron for ONE YEAR!! Is this the same doctor that will give you birth control?
