Liquid black liner- Wet n' wild, like $2.50 at the most, sometimes buy one get one at walgreens, rite aid, walmart

Pencil Black liner- Avon's Luxury liner- $1.89 right now on sale, but normally $5.99.

I've been recommending smashbox's,but i found yesterday, that 'clinique stays on well also & it's creamy in a stick. At a cost of 14.00 it should be. Avon has some great ones that i'm going to investigate next. Try Avon.

i like rimmels exaggerate.  it's only like 4 bucks and it stays on really good too.

I know it sounds expensive, but M.A.C pencil is about 12 dollars and stays on all day long...verrrry nice

Revlon Colorstay is AMAZING and about $8. Its a retractable pencil and even has a sharpener in the bottom to help keep it sharp. The color stays on long and bold as long as you arent rubbing your eyes all day :)

I have used MAC, and I agree that it is a really good pencil. Although it came off easily on me, but that may just be because eyeliner never likes to stay.

A good, cheap eyeliner pencil, about 4$ I think, is from the Sephora brand. It must be good because it was voted "best of Sephora". It also depends on what you're looking for... some eyeliners are for smoking, some are for smudging, some are to stay put, some are waterproof... so I'd say just browse around.

I only use rimmel professional liquid eyeliner or kohl pencil. I prefer kohl because it's a lot softer, normal non-kohl pencils pull on my eyelids.

I'm still looking for my perfect pencil liner, but the Styli-style ones work pretty good and they're only $5. My favorite eyeliner is the Loreal HIP Truth Cream Eyeliner. You do have to buy a eyeliner brush, but it is so creamy and it goes on so smoothly. Plus no sharpening! They're $8 for a .159 oz jar (which will last a long time!) and you can get a nice eyeliner brush at target for a little less than $10. (and if you take care of it you won't have to replace it for a couple years)

Other eyeliners I've used are Almay (pretty good, but it still smears for me, but I have really watery eyes), hot topic colored eyeliners (they don't have good staying power), Rimmel, Maybelline unstoppable. These might work for others, but with my extremely watery eyes they don't work well for me. Good Luck finding an eyeliner. :D

i use rimmel soft kohl jet black....it is very soft and easy to put on...plus it stays on well!!
