Chinese Tea, brewed in a teapot and enjoyed slowly with dim sum on a Sunday afternoon. My favourite is Tieguanyin which is an Oolong Tea with a delicate flavour.

well in scotland we have nambarrie and punjana which are my 2 fave teas,they are both strong teas and i love strong tea..don't know if they're available in england,but honestly they are both great tea..much better than tetley!
