What is the best blue eyes shining dragon/horus deck? Is this a good idea?

yes , a dragon deck containing shining  dragon and horus is very fun too play with and can be ridiculously overpowering!

HOWEVER, it can be very tricky make an effective one due to abundance of High level dragons and lack of good 4-star or lower ones.  3 BEWDs is a must but also pack at least 2 fusion substitutes (king of swamp is best), 2-3 luster dragons and other dragon fusions such as King Dragon, Five-Headed Dragon, and Dragon Master Knight. DONT add lv support spells unless u plan to focus deck around Horus.
