What is the best brand name for eyeliner?

also i have hazel eyes. they change color with what i wear but what color eyeliner do you think would compliment my eyes the most? i use navy right now and it looks ok. and please help all my eyeliner is cheap stuff. so some good, long lasting eyeliner brands would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

MAC Shadestick works as an eyeliner and shadow. I personally use MAC TechnaKohl Liner. I have hazel eyes so if you want to make your eyes pop, try using purple too. Don't forget your mascara too.

Cover Girl has a good line of eyeliner.  Try a gold or black eyeliner.  Hope this helped; Good Luck!♣

I just bought some Outlast Smouthwear from covergirl. It's amazing! I just got it from a small town walmart. It's great! It goes on way easier than any kind I've ever used before and came in quite a few different colours. I'd recommend it for sure!
