What is the best brand of bathroom faucet to buy?

My plumber says Delta, but the woman at the plumbing supply place says American Standard or Kohler. We have a Moen in another bath that seems to be working well.

I would pick Moen first, Delta second, and never buy any Kohler brass ever.

We have always used Delta and Moen in our projects.  Delta's replacement parts are the easiest to find.  We installed Deltas in a 25 unit Apartment complex and they have been going strong for 9+ years. (You know how hard tenants are on rentals!)

Delta is easier to get parts for at Home Centers. I am a Moen fan since they have a lifetime warranty. Kohler also makes great faucets.
