What is the best brand of cook ware?

All-Clad.

This brand is heavily used in restaurants across the universe.  It's an expensive brand, so it tends to exist in higher end places and/or places with large enough budgets to allow for something like All-Clad.

Having worked with it and owning a beautiful set myself, I can honestly say that I've never found anything better, and it'll last you a lifetime.  Buy it once and you're done.  No need to buy cookware, ever again.

Start small, and build a collection over time, if need be.

All-Clad.

It's the bast.
