What is the best brand of eyeliner? Please be specific as I would like to purchase this! Thanks!?

I want one that will make my eyes look larger and that will last all day and not smudge too easily. Oh, and a cheaper price range...like...not more than twenty. Thank you

for a pencil i would recommend NYX, it lasted through my tennis practice in 90 degree weather. and i think it's only like 4 dollars? you can find it at ULTA or go online: nyxcosmetics.com

for a liquid i like Revlon ColorStay. hahah it really does stay.

for a cream liner. i would say HIP cream liners, they pretty much stay all day even on the waterline.

and of course MAC eyeliner in general is really good and under 20 dollars.

i love loreal's le kohl pencil eyeliner. its only like $7 and it works great! & merle norman's automatic liquid eyeliner. i'm not sure how much it is because i don't pay attention to the prices when i buy make up. if you're looking for an eye opening look, try not putting eyeliner on the bottom, but put mascara on your bottom lashes.

Ok, I have a few favs that don't smudge but I have one I love for the eye lid and different ones I use for the waterline.
