What is the best brand of nail-polish?

everytime i paint my nails1 coat and i let it dry for 20 minutes. a day later its chipped.

Well, I'm not sure what OPI is (in reference to previous answers) but I really like Sally Hansen's nail polish!

It's about $4 for a bottle at Wal-Mart and they come in all colors and textures, etc.
